TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
“MasBlack,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means MasBlack LLC, a Virginia limited‑liability company. “Client,” “you,” or “Passenger” means the contracting customer and all travelers in the booking.
2. Reservations
2.1 All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
2.2 A reservation is confirmed only when MasBlack issues written or electronic confirmation.
2.3 Change requests (time, date, itinerary, equipment) must be made ≥ 24 h before the scheduled pickup and may incur a fare difference.
3. Rates, Fees & Payment
3.1 All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of taxes, tolls, parking, airport fees, and driver gratuity (recommended 18 %; discretionary unless pre‑included).
3.2 Payment is due at booking or immediately upon trip completion unless you hold an approved corporate account. We accept major credit/debit cards and ACH.
3.3 Wait‑Time Charges
a. Grace periods: House/office — 15 min; Domestic flight — 30 min; International flight — 45 min.
b. Once the grace period ends, wait time is billed in 15‑minute increments at 25 % of the applicable hourly charter rate (see Schedule A).
3.4 Extra stops, route deviations, cleaning or damage (see §8) are billed at published rates.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

5. Waiting Time, Delays & No‑Shows
5.1 Complimentary wait time is stated in §3.3a.
5.2 A no‑show is declared when the passenger is unreachable at the pickup point after the grace period. The full fare plus accrued wait time is then due.
5.3 MasBlack is not liable for delays caused by force‑majeure events (traffic, weather, road closures, etc.).
6. Passenger Conduct
6.1 Smoking, vaping, and illegal drugs are prohibited.
6.2 Alcohol is allowed only in vehicles licensed for such use and solely for passengers ≥ 21 years.
6.3 The chauffeur may terminate the trip without refund if passenger behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or abusive.
7. Luggage, Personal Items & Limits of Liability
7.1 Baggage capacity depends on vehicle category; excess or oversized items require prior notice.
7.2 MasBlack’s liability for lost or damaged property is limited to USD 100 per item, unless a higher value is declared and accepted in writing before travel.
7.3 UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MASBLACK BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
8. Damage & Cleaning
You are financially responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party, plus loss‑of‑use while the vehicle is out of service. Minimum cleaning fee: USD 250 for spills, bodily fluids, or excessive debris.
9. Privacy
MasBlack collects only the personal data necessary to provide transportation and comply with legal obligations. We never sell or rent your information.
10. Force Majeure
MasBlack is excused from performance when prevented by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, war, or governmental action.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fairfax County, VA. MasBlack may, at its sole option, require that any dispute be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 Entire Agreement – These Terms constitute the whole agreement between the parties.
12.2 Severability – If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
12.3 Waiver – Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
12.4 Assignment – Client may not assign its rights without MasBlack’s written consent.
12.5 Updates – MasBlack may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the booking date governs that reservation.
